The resin and stone are cold mixed on site allowing each stone to be coated in resin and allowing tiny air gaps. These tiny gaps will allow water to drain through freely and instantly. We also install a permeable tarmac underneath the resin layer to ensure a fully permeable drive.

2. EASY MAINTENANCE

Resin Bound driveways are very low maintenance. Little weeding is required as the weeds have difficulty growing through the tight network of the resin bound stones and the layer of tarmac.

However if you carry out a few maintenance procedures it was look even better for longer. Periodically sweep and hose with clean water.

Resin Bound comes in a variety of colours and textures and therefore looks good in any style and context. This material also works successfully and compliments other products, such as natural stone edge or possibly block paving. This allows great flexibility in achieving your desired finish.

This product is is not affected by the sun (no fading), snow or heavy rain.

The pores in the resin layer allow the water to naturally filter impurities and pollutants as opposed to impermeable surfaces which carry the water runoff directly into drains and natural water courses
